If the message is not delivered it means that the correct e-mail address has not been entered or it may have ended up in spam.

Order receipt notification

The correct receipt of the order by the customer is confirmed by japanesestore.eu by an e-mail sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. The message will contain the summary and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with japanesestore.eu. The message re-proposes the order sent and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. The Customer can also check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him under "My orders".

Right of withdrawal / return
legislative provision of the consumer code provides, the consumer can take advantage of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To withdraw, the customer is required to send communication in any suitable form, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with the return form available on this site or by email. The letter of the withdrawal request must contain the order number.
The return of the goods must be sent in suitable packaging by traceable shipment together with the sales invoice if in possession.

The deadline is respected if the return of the goods takes place within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract.

The condition of the returned goods must be in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging and label, otherwise the refund will be reduced.
